Happy gray kitchen

I'm loving this huge, happy photo at the end of such a neutral, industrial kitchen. It seems like you couldn't help but be happy cooking in there :). Plus there's sunshine, which is so lacking Portland right now! But I'm off to Los Angeles for the next ten days where there is sure to be sunshine. I'll see you lovely folks when I get back.

I've always had a thing for repeating staircases. You know, the kind where you can look down from the top and see all the way to the entry hall. I bet this one looks cool from the top. Although I'm really not crazy about that animal print carpet.
